Here we shared Modules of Human Resources Information System. This project has 12 modules. The modules are Employee Master, Recruitment Management, Training and Development Modules, Leave Management, Attendance System, Payroll Management, Uniform Management, Performance Management and Development System, HR Budgeting Management, Medical Centre/Staff Clinic, Self Services and Administrator functions.

1. Employee Master

o All employee information (Personal, contact details, financial info, trainings, employment history, family and dependent info, brand issues etc.
o Management of Division, Department, Job Location, Grade, Designation names.
o Digital Filing i.e: all documents of each employee will be kept in server with auto indexing so that documents can be retrieve, view and reprint easily.
