The GST tax system which is implemented recently in the Indian tax system. The GST tax varies for different item. There are three types of GST taxes i.e; CGST(Central Goods and Services Tax), SGST(State Goods and Services Tax) and IGST(Integrated Goods and Services Tax). GST has replaced many Indirect Taxes in India.
The main objective is to develop a web application which calculates using latest GST tax system. This GST Inventory Script will track purchase, sales, stock and production with latest tax system. In the GST tax system each item has differing tax percentages. Using this website the company can sell any products through online. It is the sales and inventory web application which takes care of the activities such as quotation processing, Purchase order processing, Item receipt order processing, Item issue order processing, etc. To provide a billing system for a company that will assist in preparing the bills, keep records of the raw materials; provide stock analysis, sales details, employee details, employee attendance and dealer’s details. To increase speed of billing process bar code reader integrated with this system. The system automatically calculates quantity by entering this bar code system.

- Customer profile module:
Here customer can view his orders and billing records. Anyone can view furniture details but to purchase furniture user need to be registered to the system by entering Name, email ID, Password, etc.
- Category module:
The category module stores product category details which is used to add the product.
- Raw Material module
In order to carry out various processes at the firm the availability of raw materials is very important and hence this function plays a key role. Regular updating of the stock of the materials is done.
- Product module
The company is specialised in various products. Each of the products has different prices so the final bill depends upon the process and hence is important.
The information like the suppliers name, address, contact number etc is stored. Once the data is stored it can be retrieved from the database the next time.
- Purchase module
The information about the purchase of various raw materials from different suppliers is stored in this module. Reports of the purchase can also be achieved.
- Stock Analysis module
After each purchase and sales, the stock of raw materials has to be updated. The proper functioning of the stock analysis is very important. In the case of low availability of a material, notification is given so that a purchase order can be placed.
- Customer Order
The details regarding a customer order like customers name, address and contact number are stored in this segment. The delivery date is also specified by the customer so the product has to be delivered within the time. The report of the sales is also maintained.
- Billing module:
In the billing module customer can order for any items. They can order multiple items together. After successful payment the system displays the order reports.
- Tax module
The GST tax varies for all the products. In the tax module the admin can set tax for each and every furniture.
- Bar code billing module:
The bar code billing system enabled in this system which allows admin to generate bill by entering bar code.
- Report module
Based on the sales and purchase, reports can be generated. A report includes the complete analysis of the sales as well as purchase which has been done through the course of a week, a month or a year. A weekly, monthly or a yearly report can be achieved. We can even achieve a Complete Analysis which helps in keeping track of the total income and the expenditure.
