Hotels Review Management System

Hotels Frontend :

Provide you an API which you can use at your end. On Front Side of Portal Software Developer will add options like

1. Display Reviews with their Review Response done by individual hotel managers.

2. Display Star ratings with each Hotel.

Hotel Owners Admin (Backend Panel):

Software Developer will customize  and develop the the Review System for Client Hotels

1. Request Guest Feedback:- Owner can send requests for feedback to guests for their stay by entering Name & Email ID.

[Please note that you can enter any guest email ID that came from anywhere i.e. walk-in or any portal, brand, etc.]
[You can send 100 requests per hotel per day]

2. View Guest Feedback:- Owner can view all reviews here. After clicking on the View button in front of a positive review, on the next popup page, you can send a request to the guest to publish that review on TripAdvisor & Other Review portals.

3. Total Request sent:- Owner can check all requests which you had sent to the guest.

4. Reply Positive Reviews:-  Owner can reply to all positive reviews from here.guest will receive your reply in their email.  

5. Reply Negative Reviews:-  Owner can reply to all negative reviews from here.guest will receive your reply in their email.  

6. Get Instant Feedback:-  Owner Can take instant feedback from check-in Guest at your hotel. Owner can request the guest to fill the form instantly OR you can fill the details if you have review details.  

7. Profile Settings:- Owner can change your profile settings here.

8. Positive Redirections:-This tab shows How many guests clicked on the recommended “Yes” button in email.  

9. Negative Redirections:- This tab shows How many guests clicked on the recommended “No” button in email.   

10. Unsubscribed Email List:- This tab shows the list of emails unsubscribed by the guests..  

Hotels Master Admin :

1. Dashboard:- It will show a Short Summary of all the Hotels Data.

2. View All Hotels Guest Feedback:- You can view all reviews here.

3. Total Hotels Request sent:- You can check all requests which Hotels had sent to the guest.

4. Reply All Hotels Positive Reviews:-  Client Hotels can also reply to all positive reviews from here for all the hotels. guests will receive your reply in their email.  

5. Reply All Hotels Negative Reviews:-  Client Hotels can also reply to all negative reviews from here for all the hotels. guests will receive your reply in their email.

7. All Hotels Profile Settings:- You can change all hotels profile settings here.

8. All Hotels Positive Redirections:-This tab shows How many guests clicked on the recommended “Yes” button in email for their hotel.  

9. All Hotels Negative Redirections:- This tab shows How many guests clicked on the recommended “No” button in email for their hotel.   

10. All Hotels Unsubscribed Emails List:- This tab shows the list of emails unsubscribed by the guests for all individual Hotels.  

11. Add Hotel:- You can add a new hotel in the system with all the details. You can use Active/Deactive Hotel’s Review Module. Set Amenities and other rules to Hotel.

Scope of project:

1. Software Developer will use .Net and MS-SQL for development of the project.

2. Software Developer will host this Software on our Server under a separate domain.

3. It’s white labeled with your logo on it.

4. Extra updates or additional changes/adding any new Module in the project will cost Extra as per work and time it will take to add in the system.
