Main aim of the proposed project is to develop a system by which employees of a companyor organization can submit the bills to their managers. Employees can submit bills of various types and of various amounts. After submitting the bill to manager, this system will automatically provide the name of the manager to which the bill is submitted. Then the status of the bill can be viewed by the owner of the bill at any time and the bill will pass through a workflow process. The concerned people are informed about the status of their bill by an email.

This software is integrated with CMS (Content Management System) solution and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The developed software should be user-friendly, easy to use, time saving and it should reduce manual works.

Purpose of the Project

The proposed project is developed to reduce the work burden of employees of the organization and to complete the given work quickly. Every Organization has its own budget plan and maintenance. In this situation it is very difficult for the employees to submit the bills to their corresponding managers. There is huge possibility of error occurrence in the manual process. To solve these problems and to save time the proposed project is required. In the proposed project, employees of an organization can submit the bills to their concerned managers easily. They can submit the bills of various amounts as well as various types.
