The main objective of this Automatic Load Controller and Sharing System project is to control and sharing the load automatically with the help of micro controller. By using the micro controller, this system will sense and control the load automatically. The main purpose of Automatic Load Controller and Sharing System is to indicate and stop the supply line to the load if the load current exceeds the pre-set current.
In this project, micro controller is used to control the different devices. It plays a very important role in this project. By using micro controller, the set load current can be stored. The keypad is interfaced with the micro controller. We can set the maximum permissible load current using the keypad. With the help of CT, we can reduce the range of the load current.
The reduced range of load current is sent to the ADC. ADC will convert the analog signal into digital signal. The set current is displayed on the LCD display. The micro controller is interfaced with the converted digital signal. The micro controller will compare the incoming load current from the CT and the values of set current.
If the set current is higher than the incoming load current from the CT, it is called that the operation is smoother. But if the set current is lower than the incoming load current from the CT, then the micro controller will activate the relay, which is placed at the incoming side of the load. Once the relay gets activated, it will switch off the supply to the load. If the load current exceeds the permissible limit, then the buzzer will alert the user.
